Our office is open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with limited evenings and weekends by appointment only. Each day, we set aside time from 12-1PM for walk-in sessions to meet briefly with an advocate in person. Because of demand, please know there may be a wait, and we do offer the option to schedule an urgent appointment.
All Harvard community members & affiliates are welcome to request an intake appointment (approximately 30 minutes) or a follow-up appointment (approximately 60 minutes) with an advocate.
