Yoga for Restoration


OSAPR, 624 Smith Campus Center

Join us for an hour of yoga, consisting of conscious breathing exercises, physical movements (moderate to vigorous intensity), and guided meditation. All physical postures are cued progressively, with a focus on alignment. An advocate will be present to provide support. Mats and blocks are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please wear loose and comfortable athletic clothing.  All humans welcome.  Please email with any questions.
