Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all of the moments of your life, reducing the amount of time you spend worrying about the future or fretting about the past. During this silent half day retreat, we will practice seated, walking and relational mindfulness meditations as well as a mindful yoga session. We invite you to bring your curiosity, open mindedness and questions.

No prior meditation experience necessary.
