Join us for an hour of yoga, consisting of conscious breathing exercises, physical movements (moderate to vigorous intensity), and guided meditation. All physical postures are cued progressively, with a focus on alignment. An advocate will be present to provide support. Mats and blocks are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
